Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Process

To request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) from ADSANTEC, customers are required to complete a RMA Request Form seen below:

    RMA Terms and Conditions

    Return Request Policy:

    If an RMA number has been assigned to a return, the customer has within 30 days to ship the product to ADSANTEC using the provided instructions. After 30 days, the RMA will be canceled, and a new RMA request form is required for any future returns.

    Board Return Policy:

    Board returns are subject to minor reworks (replacement of passive components, solder touchup, etc.) during the evaluation period. Boards modified or damaged by customer will include an evaluation charge and any IC replacements will be an additional cost.

    Disposition Policy:

    Once a product has been returned for either repair or replacement, the customer has within 10 days from the release of the FA report to coordinate with ADSANTEC regarding the physical disposition of the product. After 10 days, the product will be returned to the given shipping address, regardless of customer authorization.

    Shipping Policy:

    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from ADSANTEC, unless the failure is found to be due to ADSANTEC's error and the parts are still within the warranty period. ADSANTEC will not be held liable for any damage or loss of goods during shipment. For international shipments, please declare a value of $1.00 for RMA device(s) and specify "return shipment" in the description area on the customs forms.
